Happy to see my swim buddy Barb (RunningJayHawk) made the bike cutoff with an hour to spare! She was worried she woudln't make it. She's on the run now ahead of schedule and her husband Mike says she's looking good and smiling and in good spirits. I just wanna say how proud i am of her. I knew she could do it! WAY TO GO BARB!!!

M40-44 is usually the largest AG, so I'm sure there are 7 or more.  He's in.  Bryan has put together a PERFECT training season and had some unluckly racing this year so I am super happy to see everything come together perfect for him today!

I think I want the audio from an ironman finish.  I get chills from hearing every person being called an ironman.  It would be great training stuff inbetween the songs.
