Twas two days before Christmas, And all through the Gym, Only Evil Elves could be found, Vixens & Cookies were nowhere around The other teams were nestled all snug in their beds, Their tummies were filled with wines... whites and reds. When suddenly in the pool there arose such a clap That was the Elves swimming hard, lap upon lap, The Elves had piled up miles, of running and biking, They had destroyed the competition, not to the their liking, And the Elves were victorious, and it felt so right, Happy Christmas to all and to all a good night! |

Did a spin class followed by strength workout this morning. 1 strength left, which I plan for Monday. 5k run left which, probably Boxing Day. Will add a little more to help, if anyone needs it.
