Found another thing - knee strap (otherwise known as a jumper's knee strap, or a cho-pat strap).  By Mueller, one size fits all, black neoprene w/velcro.  If you use one and want a spare or a replacement or whatever, drop me a PM.

I have a 9speed cassette that was given to me by greenmtnman. It is a 12-25. I decided to go ahead and jump to a 10 speed setup and no longer need it. I never installed it and so I don't know how many miles are on it, but it looks good to me. Let me know.

2 water bottles - never been used

a used bento box with an extra side pouch that fits a cell phone

old school bike trainer - this is heavy and bulky even after taking apart.  If possible, I'd prefer the person interested coming to pick up (Boston area).  If out of state, please pay for shipping.  We can talk about it more.

Wow.. didn't expect it to be that effective.  Within the hour the bento box and bottles are gone.

I think the old trainer will be available for a while...

I have a pair of Women's Asics Gel Landreths, size 10 that have about 45-50 miles (tops) on them. They are the entirely WRONG shoes for my feet... before I donate them, I'm wondering if anyone here would want them...? I bought them in Feb, 2007. Wore them for a couple of short runs and a HIM 13 miler.

They look worse than they are because I got caught in the rain with them once. They come with a pair of coordinating YANKZ!

I'll post a photo if anyone is interested... PM me, let me know!

Non-tri related, I have a ton of the old style (not miniusb) Motorola charge cables. I have 3 on my lap, and probably have several more kicking around.

Anyone need one?

The tips look like the ones in the picture, but they are not "dual" - they only charge a single thing.

I may eve.n have 2 car ones.

If nobody responds by the end of next week, these are dumpster trash.

This is a great site. I will also pay it forward. It is nice to give to people and help someone out. Especially with this sport. One of the guys from my local triathlon club has let me borrow his trainer until March 10th and I am so thankful and happy. Have a Great week-end everyone.

Our newborn is 12 days old and wifey was off limits for last 4-5mos of pregnancy due to complications... so if nobody claimed the boobies yet..I'm game!

Seriously, I've been playing around with burning to DVD from DVR and have ended up with a few extra copies of 2007 Kona.  The only problem is that I recorded it in HD, so it takes up 2 DVD's.
