I accidentally left one of the Taser Running team members on it. LOL! I'm sure that person wouldn't mind the extra inspires! Nice job, Jen! As always, you made a really cute table. |

Not as intimidating as the taser table. The June Bug cartoon was too cute not to use. |

(Not the picture, since that'll mess up the links.) 3) Hit the UPDATE button 4) Click Training Log at the top of the page. If that doesn't work, let me know.... The problem I keep having is figuring out where an existing team table ends and where the code for the end of the left column is. The code is a bit more complex than before. |

The problem I keep having is figuring out where an existing team table ends and where the code for the end of the left column is. The code is a bit more complex than before. Well, the difference is that before, there was a template in place - which meant you didn't see the code for one table (the one that gives you the left and right columns). But now, it's there when you view the html.... So yes, if you don't know where the break is, it can get tricky.... (This was done so that you can delete the columns, if you want.) A way around dealing with the code is to NOT view the html at all.... Stick with the Dashboard view, put the cursor where you want the table to go, and paste it in place. At first, you'll see the code. But after you hit the UPDATE button, and then review your blog, you should see the picture/table (and not the html). |

Expert 683 Lafayette, CA | Subject: RE: June Bugs Got 80 minutes in today. Ok 79:32. But close enough. Also, I was thinking about the nutritrion on the run question earlier this month. One thing you might want to check out is the Hammer products. To me they taste like crap--but it is a personal thing. They pride themselves on being super healthy. |

I set my goal to 60, which is less than last month's total but with my 'A' race coming up I am tapering and then resting after so 60mi should be a good goal to reach for. goodluck everyone! |

Elite 2729 Puyallup, WA | Subject: RE: June Bugs Anyone else racing this weekend? Good luck, Mel! I did my first 5K (2nd ever) a few weeks ago! I wasn't able to run it all, but I was suprised at my time (it was faster than normal) and I was really sore the next day. If you can, I'd suggest a swim the next day...nothing to hard... |
