Master 1809 hiding in your closet | Subject: RE: Crypt Keepers - Halloween Run Challenge only ran .65 miles. at about the half way point the tops of my feet began to hurt. i have just started running after bout a year, plus i went with out socks this time too. dont know if either has to with it but i stopped short. feet dont hurt now immediatly after the run. probly just not used to it. |

Several 15 sec sprints at 7:24 min/mi pace with full recovery (<140 bpm HR). One more 2 mile run on Friday, and a short 26.2 mile jaunt on Saturday, and I'm done for the week... |

Should be nice tomorrow before the weather gets nasty for the following week. It might only be in the 30s for 3-4 days. It always takes me a few weeks to get adjusted. |
