If you promise to be good, I'll share our super-secret BT MN spreadsheet of our super-secret race schedule.  Shhh...

Email: btminnesota
Password: ilovetotri

It lists most of the races we're aware of for 2010....

I am waving the white flag in today's sinus battle. PERFECT running weather and I have a helium balloon for a head, LOL. Maybe I can get a few in later if I don't collapse or implode.

Good morning Crypts,

Today was another day of physical therapy; I may be able to try running next weekend!

I changed the location of the background image for our roster so it's now showing properly (my Comcast account is still FUBAR). THe attached document has the updated code for the roster table.

4.8 miles this morning on the treadmill.  Several 15 sec sprints at 7:24 min/mi pace with full recovery (<140 bpm HR).

One more 2 mile run on Friday, and a short 26.2 mile jaunt on Saturday, and I'm done for the week...

I got in 26 miles over the weekend. Amazed it didn't feel too bad considering that's about half of what I ran for the entire month of September. I took a rest day yesterday and have 4 on tap for today.

Yikes!  I guess for what you're training for, 26 miles in a weekend IS a jaunt...

Just over 11 miles today. It's getting colder and it was difficult to get motivated. Should be nice tomorrow before the weather gets nasty for the following week. It might only be in the 30s for 3-4 days. It always takes me a few weeks to get adjusted.

Hey, we all have to start somewhere.

Even I,TinkerBeth, Cat had a low post count once.

Of course, now that they've created the Peloton forum, Cat's post count is going to skyrocket.
