I've done many challenges over the past couple of years, but I've been on a bit of a hiatus for a few months dealing with a torn meniscus. Things finally seem to be healed, so here I am again.  As for my goal for the challenge, I'll definitely be taking it easy still since I'm coming off the injury. I'm still restricted to just walking for now, so I'm setting my goal for 30 miles. Some of you I already know from past challenges, so it will be nice to reconnect. For those of you I haven't "met" before, I'm looking forward to getting to know you over the course of the next month!  |

I love running in the morning, but sadly lately with traffic and construction on the roads around here I have to leave the house earlier and I can't run anymore before work.
