Champion  6973      marietta | Subject: RE: SWBKRUN fast, furious, and closed julie dibbens crushed the bike split up at cda with a course record by 7 minutes with a 4:52. she's got a 35 minute lead at mile 7. awesome!!!! crowie is on pace to absolutely destroy the marathon split at 2:36 pace. the record is 2:47. insane! we'll see if he can keep it up. get moving slacker!!!!

How do you attach it as RR or something other than the whole link? in order to attach a link you need to quit finishing in second place. geeez.
HA! -copy the link you want to post -highlight the words you want the link to appear in. -click the chain on the second toolbar. -paste the link in the "link url" box. -click ok make sense? |

Just got back from my sprint. finished in 1:05:53, which was 38th OA and 2nd in my AG. Broke my best time at this race by 3:44. Definitely not as good a bike as last week, probably between 20-21 mph, but the swim was really good, AND I ran every #!(&%^ step of the hilly run! No stopping at aid stations! I wont be able to post a RR until tomorrow as I have a flight leaving for Germany in about 2 hours. Go Kyla!!! Great job! Congrats on an awesome race! |
