Upper left side of the screen. Click Control Panel. Scroll down to "Upload profile image:"

Upload the new image. If you don't see it, hit refresh (CTRL + F5 on my computer).

same place you deleted your avatar,  where it says "Upload profile image:" click the browse button and find the image on your computer, then click "Go".

I am very sorry, i am sure my injury and lack of training had to so with some of the loss. 

Now i have to think of something... Maybe change it to the Cubs logo or something. Open to all suggestions

hey team....so sorry I didn't make 100% in May.  I made it to 98%, which is better than I thought I might come up with since I spent the last 4 days of the month away for business.  Fortunately, the hotel had a treadmill and a stationary bike, so I was able to complete those two goals.  It was a great month being a part of the Easy Coast Hipsters!  Good luck to everyone and happy training for whatever races you have coming up.

I found a great tornado picture for my avatar.  I thought it was fitting for the times.  I can't imagine how hard it must be to live in an area that is threatened by tornados....and the central us people still managed to get so much training in for the month....congrats to the winning team!
