I am going to have to drop out of this challenge.  I've been dealing with a knee injury (torn mensicus) that got a lot worse in the past week.  I can still exercise, but only if the knee is not sore.  The past few days it's been too sore to walk, let alone train.  So, this month is not going to be a peach month for me.

Good luck to everyone else.

What about upper body strength? Imagine a whole peachy month of upper body work! No, huh?

On a more serious note, sorry to hear about your knee! I'd hoped it was getting better by now.

I posted a blank message by accident.  How do I get rid of it?

I'm 11/11.  Had 90 minutes of Bikram (hot) yoga this morning and will go for a short walk with my guy tonight.  I am also planning on getting in some abs work (8 min abs from You Tube) and Week 1, Day 1 (again) of the 100 pushups challenge.

I missed my workout yesterday. One of our dogs died, so I spent the morning at the Vet and the afternoon burying him in the back yard. Not much emotional strength left after that.  Here is a picture of Barney. He was born with kidney disease, and celebated his first birthday on Dec 16.

You can read Barney's story here:

Between the snow shoveling and running up and down stairs during my home improvement project, I've been able to stay in the game.  I need to get in some trainer time though!

Sunday - 30 min jog with dog followed by 30 min on the bike. Then I had some free time so I went Skate skiing, 45 min

Today makes it 12/12 - 30 min jog with the dog and 35 min weights at the Y.

That also makes it 29 days in a row for running at least 30 minutes.
