Glad I accomplished the 100 push-ups, now I just have to keep going on them so I don't lose everything I've gained. I did an 8 mile run last night and a 2500yd swim this morning. It is definitely going to be a challenge to meet my goals, but I'm determined to get it done! No quitters here on team grit!  Great training everyone! Keep up the good work!!! |
