Subject: RE: MAY "You MAY Pick" Challenge--ALL WELCOME!Ahh, the pilates/yoga routine continues to be nearly impossible to fit into my schedule (mostly because I won't wake up early on Mon, Wed or Sat. to do it. Tues, Thurs and Fri Am are already booked ). And then I've fallen off the wagon with my swim club, ever since the tri on May 13  I'll swim one way or another tomorrow, got one more track session tonight and cycling intervals tomorrow. I am VERY happy that I exercised every Sunday, though, THAT is a huge accomplishment and a lot more important to me than the yoga/pilates. So, I dropped the ball a bit on ya, my manatees - my apologies!! |
