Hi TAN.

Just back from my 3 month check up with the back surgeon.  i am now able to twist, turn, and tork and start to rebuild core strength.  ALONG with 4 minute running intervals for up to 2 miles :-

It's a start.

Made me smile!

here's a funny story:

it's trash day today so everyone put their cans out last night.  when i came home from the bar at 2 am, about 15 trash cans were lined up on both sides of the main street in my development (no houses on this road, its just the access to the neighborhood).  it was a nice little finishing chute to my drive home!  also, whoever was responsible put a neighbor's recycle bin inside my trash can - which was still at my house.  from about 8 houses down!  that is DEDICATION.  i tried to figure out where they got the cans from because my house is one of the closest to the finishing chute, but they didn't take mine.  it appears that they went throughout the whole mile of houses to take random ones...someone was awful pissed walking his back about 0.4 miles...

while most of my neighbors were very "get off my lawn" about it, i thought it was hilarious.  i am also really tired, so it might not be that funny.

Did someone complain because they're a fighter pilot, and as we all learned, fighter pilots SHOULD NOT be taking out the trash?

Is there a list of things fighter pilots should not have to do?

I think on a list of things they shouldn't do crash would be #1.

And dropping their load off target could be bad too.

If Top Gun taught us anything, and I think it has, it'd be that they shouldn't fly through another's jet wash.

I think another good rule for fighter pilots would be:

`You don't do high-G turns in another man's flightsuit!'

Yup I guess that's my response! I am actually okay with it - for once.
Looking forward to the "joggers and lagers" run tonight - maybe I will meet a running hottie, who knows.

Me! I look like I got punched in both eyes.  And my head is pounding.  And I'm hot .. as in my air conditioner isn't working.  Lovely, lovely start to the day.

I am not even a napper and feel like a nap would be nice.

Yep. Remember kids - Don't text and swim.

I is tired...

I should have known.  The ONE WEEK I ask for a day off to travel, is the same week the sheot hits the fan and I'm scrambling.  The slow weeks NEVER fall on the times I ask for a day off.

Now I feel weird about bailing...

Speaking as a guy, if he's not rushing to get back to you, he doesn't want to get serious.  If that's your goal?  Move on.  He's not ready.

I assume the same is for women.  If I ask girl to talk or get more serious and she blows me off?  She's not into me.  So live with it, or move on.

I have a silly training day tomorrow before my flight.

20' run; 3:30 bike; 20' run

You can do some chair calisthenics from your airplane seat too!  Butt clenches and pelvic tilts and jazz hands!

I have some friends who started a personal training business - they created a (serious) video on how to get in a training session while waiting at the airport. I don't even know what to say about it.
