I just bought myself a nice new watch before Christmas. Then, for Christmas, my wife surprised me with an Apple Watch. Now I'm not sure what to wear to work every day. The dress watch is much nicer-looking, but I love having the data and the gadgetry on my wrist that the Apple Watch provides. I can't wear both, obviously. What to do, what to do...

This evening two of my kids have swim meets in different pools.  Tomorrow one of my kids is in an indoor track meet and another is in a horse show.  Sunday it's back to swim meet for one and the first club water polo game for another.  I just got handed a flash drive with "Creed" and "Concussion" on it and I can't just sit down and watch a movie.  Life is a constant hardship.

Our school pool in Vietnam is now officially wetsuit-legal, although the high outside has been in the mid-90's lately. For the life of me, I can't understand how that happens.(Pool is indoors, no AC or sun exposure, the passive solar heater system is not working. Lifeguards swear they don't refrigerate the pool, if that's even possible.) I don't know what world's problem that is, it's just weird.
