Have a great Friday and catch you all later this afternoon. Hope to get in my 2.5 hour ride and if all goes as planned, brick into a 50 min run. Happy Friday all... Good luck to your daughter!! I second that!!!! Good Luck Daughter! Thanks all! She didn't make prelims, so won't be running in the state finals tomorrow, but she's had a terrific year! Went from never seeing a hurdle this year as a freshman to qualifying for State. We're proud of her! 3 more years! Holy Macrel thats awesome!!! You guys are going to be BUSY next year. Pro 4541 A farming town in MN | Subject: RE: June Bugs chartierm22 - 2009-06-05 1:41 PM I'm thinking about doing a short 20min run, what do you all think? No run today as my 5k is bright and smiley tomorrow or can I get away with a short run today? Me personally...I'd rest. If you're an experienced runner, I don't see anything wrong with doing 2 miles, throwing in a few strides at pace. Good luck! |

No run today as my 5k is bright and smiley tomorrow or can I get away with a short run today? You can probably get away with a short run if you want to. Just take it easy and do it a little slower so that you're not too tired tomorrow. |

(Not the picture, since that'll mess up the links.) 3) Hit the UPDATE button 4) Click Training Log at the top of the page. If that doesn't work, let me know.... There's a reason your "in charge", isn't there? Thanks for the help! |
