Jenga -- with games like that - 7 and 9 year olds are VERY likely to be very STRONG competition -- don't deny you are the house Champion!

How is one tiara different from another? In your world, not real life.. wink. I bought Boudreaux butt paste today. Six dollars for 3 ounce tube at Wal Mart. Not sure how that is for pricing. How do you get the paste off yourself after a ride? My g/f seemed to think some vigorous scrubbing with a course object would be needed. Not just normal shower soaping. Methinks the delicate man parts would not like vigorous scrubbing with rough objects, and I have to imagine female parts would not like it either. There has to be a secret.
3. You should be OK just with just regular soaping/showering to get the butt paste off, but if your g/f wants to rub you vigorously who am I to interfere?! You could try some baby oil if you need to (ummm... I mean for the removal of bag balm or butt paste, not the other thing... though I suppose... erm... nevermind). Use a loofah if you must. Just be sure it's not the same loofah you use in your aerobottle .
I agree that regular soap should work, it was designed for babies bottoms, so it should come off easily. And leave you nice and soft. (sorry, I couldn't resist). |

I taught a spin class and did serious hills and AT intervals. Tough ride but the class was packed with great energy so it was fun. Hope everyone's having a great day. Be safe tonight.

What's everyone got planned for the New Year? I'll do my traditional New Years Day run. Typically about a 5k but I may decide to push a little further tomorrow, after all it's a NEW YEAR! Be safe everyone and have a happy new year!

Thanks for the welcome aboard! So funny how different minds work... I assumed UT was for Utah and almost asked if you were gonna change your username to TXTriman now that you had moved . Last 2007 workout for me... needed to do some hill repeats so this meant that my entire spin class of 50 people did some hill repeats today. I believe they were cursing me under their breath... and they were breathless... cause I took 'em to zone 4 . Tomorrow is swim and run. Gotta get that run challenge mileage in . BTW, for those of you who have never done a challenge before, I highly recommend it! Not only is it fun (plenty of smack talk) and a great way to "meet" other BT'ers, but it is also very motivating to know that someone (besides you) is really paying attention to your workouts. This month's big challenge is fun in that you can choose your discipline and how you measure (swim/bike/run in either distance or time). You can sign up in the challenge forum in the January challenge. |

Expert 938 Orange County, California | Subject: RE: Milaminute and Sparco's Group - Closed 6.3 mile run today to my friends house to check his mail. He is out of town visiting his g/f, so I bring his mail in so the box doesnt overflow. He does the same for me when I go on vacation. 32 mile canyon ride planned for tomorrow. Heavy rain forecasast for the half marathon next week. Glad I am stepping down from the full. Should be my first real run in the rain. |

Any insider info on which tri club would be good to join? I'm very green. So much so I'm pretty much right off the couch still (even though I've been trying to get up for 2 months...) I lived in Saratoga Springs near Lehi. I only know of 2 "organized" clubs, the Timp Tri Club in American Fork and the Desert Sharks based somewhere in Salt Lake. Desert Sharks is the biggest of the two. I know the leadership team at Timp Tri very well, as my race production company (when I had owership) managed their annual Icebreaker Triathlon. They are a great bunch. I don't know many of the Desert Sharks, but the few I've met seem to be really good folk! Hope that helps! I was wondering where in Utah that you might be.

I've thought about doing that, but I've not wanted to "muddy the waters" as it were. I'll have to think about it some more. A couple of friends have started calling me TXTriman. Just have to see. Last 2007 workout for me... needed to do some hill repeats so this meant that my entire spin class of 50 people did some hill repeats today. I believe they were cursing me under their breath... and they were breathless... cause I took 'em to zone 4 . I did hill repeats on the stationary as well today. Wasn't fun! I was cursing the bike and myself under my breath! Tomorrow is swim and run. Gotta get that run challenge mileage in . Challenges are a great self motivation tool! I highly recommend doing it. |
