Subject: RE: Evondo's Group - CLOSED!Happy Friday/Weekend, everyone. I've had a bout of exhaustion and just plain not feeling up to par all week...guess 70.3 can take a little out of a person. Had an ignorant coworker ask me today "You're not going to do any more of these, are you?". Ummm...yeah, I am. Not surprising, she's probably 80+ pounds overweight. I'm sorry, just because it's hard or takes awhile to recover doesn't mean I'm not going back out and doing it again...100 more times. Grrr. /rant Hoping to be better by the end of this weekend. I am itching to get back in the training routine. Plus, we have entered a healthy lifestyle challenge at school and the contest runs for about 5 more weeks. I'd like to lose 10 pounds and get down to an optimal racing weight. Good news is that we get points for every 30 minutes of exercise...and our "team" had 17 hours of excercise alone from doing the triathlons last weekend (our 3rd teammate in this challenge is a newbie triathlete ). Hopefully those points will blow everyone out of the water. Speaking of water...I have surpassed 101,000 yards of swimming this year, which is about 3,000 more than I did all of last year.
