What I did - hit quote - you see the table - click the table and hit control c for copy. Then go to yours - put your cursor where you want it and hit control v for paste. That is what I did with mine.

Well I'll be danged....after 3 Challenges I have finally worked out how to get a Team Table into my goals area...Thanks Dimplespoo (and the rest).

 oh...please don't tell any of the firemen that I worked with that I am proud of having done something geek like...much less having done something with glitter..(rolling eyes)

Good morning everyone. I am going for a swim and a bicycle ride today...how bout everyone else. My DH is going to Sacramento for a few days which will give me time tonight to list a few items in the auction that is going on for Picabo kids...(under the forums) great cause and gives me a reason to get rid of some things that are just sitting about.

Hope everyone will get thier run in today...rather outside, in or on the dreadmill.

Just updated the spreadsheet...everyone is doing great.  Supposed to be a day off for me but with the warm weather and all I'm going to try and get in 2-3 miles today...especially since it is raining...I wouldn't want to crumble beneath the Lyssa challenge. ( I really love running in the rain when it is not cold..but  don;t tell Lyssa smerk,,smerk).  Also going to try and get some new running shoes.

I did an indoor roller ride this morning and the legs were feeling pretty tired. I think this is what happens when I skip my day off. Swim tomorrow, and run on Friday. 

I'm jealous.  That's so cool!  I used to have a gecko and I'd watch him eat whole crickets.  Snakes and lizards are such cool pets.   

I ran this morning - 3.07 miles - since there is supposed to be a big thunderstorm today.  My legs are a little stiff, so I might get on the trainer tonight and do some spinning.
