I was back at the pool this morning working on my stroke refinements. So far I don't know what it's getting me: I'm slower and my breathing is out of synch so I'm getting more tired. I guess I need to stick with it for a while before I see any benefits

Bike ride planned for tomorrow if the winds don't blow me away.

Longer run planned for Sunday.

I wish my personal schedule would allow me to flip the bike and run

Hello PPG&G's,

Working in the office Neal.  Trying to clean out 3 years worth of papers and junk that I just throw in the door and then shut it.  But need the room for the visitors next week, so cleaning cleaning cleaning.  It is getting there.  I can actually see the floor.  LOL
