Quiet out here this week.  I'll get my second swim of the week in on Sunday.  Unless I get off work early on Friday and can get it in  before doing my PT.  I'm keepingmy fingers crossed for Friday.

I did a non-love bike trainer ride this morning. I'm really missing riding outside; heck, I even miss running! I can't wait for the snow to melt!

I got an hour strength session in last night.  But more importantly, my trainer finally came in!!  I set it up at my friend's house because we usually lift together, and he was saddened when I told him I probably won't have too much time to lift once my HIM training kicks in. . . So we made an agreement then when my trainer comes in I'll bring it over and set it up in his basement with his lifting stuff so that I can ride while he lifts.  So last night we spent about 45 min putting it together and getting everything set up before we lifted.  I'm excited to use it!!  I have a run planned tonight, which I can't skip since marathon training comes first, but I'm planning an easy spin on the trainer afterward Smile

I did 2 more love miles today.  I need about 4 1/2 more by the end of the week to be on par for 75% finished.  No problema.

It has been a busy week for me.  I had a crappy run on Tuesday.  Today, I didn't run much because I was running with a slow friend.  Tomorrow I will run again with a slow friend.  Saturday is a 5 mile race.  I'm tired tonight.  Good night everyone!

Got out for a run and then did 40 minutes on the trainer. My love goal is wrapped up and at 104% with that ride. I will get in one more ride on Sunday too. Have a great weekend Hearts!

G'morning team!

I got an awesome love interval workout in last night.  It was nice enough to run outside (I usually only run outside on the weekends when I can do it during the warmer daylight hours), and according to my splits on my Garmin, I'm definitely getting faster!  With my long run this weekend and recovery run planned on Sunday, I should be caught up by the end of the week!

I wasn't able to try out my trainer yesterday, though.  Those run intervals basically wiped me out, and my lifting buddy had hurt his back the other day and was taking it easy.  So we ended up just grabbing dinner instead of going for a 2nd workout.  I'm planning on going over there tonight for an easy spin while watching tv Smile

I got my long run in this morning, which added another 15 miles toward my LOVE goal.  That's the longest I've ever run, so I'm feeling pretty good about my marathon training!  And with that, I think I'm pretty much caught up to where I need to be in order to get to my goal by the end of the month.  I had a pretty aggressive goal, so it'll take me until the last days to get it, but it's definitely doable!
