Subject: RE: Hearts - February ChallengeG'morning team! I got an awesome love interval workout in last night. It was nice enough to run outside (I usually only run outside on the weekends when I can do it during the warmer daylight hours ), and according to my splits on my Garmin, I'm definitely getting faster! With my long run this weekend and recovery run planned on Sunday, I should be caught up by the end of the week! I wasn't able to try out my trainer yesterday, though. Those run intervals basically wiped me out, and my lifting buddy had hurt his back the other day and was taking it easy. So we ended up just grabbing dinner instead of going for a 2nd workout.
