There is a good chance that I will finish my lunch off with something from the same food category... But I did my 50 minute run scheduled for today!

What's a billot log?  The name doesn't sound appetizing at all.   I finally weighed myself this morning and after being too busy last night for dinner I'm back down to the weight I was before my over-indulgent holiday weekend.  Of course, I stood up quickly a bit ago and almost fainted, so there's that drawback to skipping meals.  I'll have to eat & hydrate well today for tomorrow's race, possibly 2 races even. I am facing the fact  (with great sadness ) that sugar and alcohol are my saboteurs -- I'm going w/o for December.  Feels like my Catholic school days when I always gave up sugar for Lent, or at least tried to.  |
