Last week: 212.5
This week: 211.5
Total: -1

It has been a good week weight wise even if my personal life is in total disarray. It's going to be a rough weekend though. Please send any extra prayers and thoughts my way. I will hopefully be able to share more on Monday. I have to be careful what I say because I never know who's stalking my online activity.

Good job Tri and it is always better to be safe then sorry.  However,  No matter what Comet says I am NOT stalking you.  These super high powered binoculars are for bird watching.

saling4 - 2008-10-22 8:35 AM CG, You are actually down one from last weigh in.  Weigh to go CG!!

Sweet! I know that I have been slacking, and I was going to accept the fact that I have gained but if I'm down that just makes my day!

I've been wanting to ask is the P90X program worth what it costs?

Peace,

Chris

Hi everyone! Ahhh... I'm finally back in the world of internet Back in Kalispell, so no more Rosauer's deli for me (only internet I could get in Libby), and I can get back to food logging since it seems to be the only way I can lose weight.

Weigh in this week 126

Last week 127

down a pound, but still up from the beginning of the month I think.

As far as I'm concerned, YES! I've done 2 rounds of it and absolutely love the workout program. For a second opinion, ask Saling, he should be in wk 2 or 3 by now.

208 today. i am riding a rollercoaster.

thanksall for your concern about the job. but the more my wife and i talk about it the more i am hoping that they give me the boot. i have always believed that it was only a matter of time since the company was sold last year. i think that the guys and gals that lost there jobs last year were the lucky ones, got a head start on the rest of us.

with our state retraining programs and unemployment insurence our family will be just fine. even better cause they wont have to put up a grumpy shift worker anymore. would be much better for me too cause i could get on much better routine, eating sleeping and maybe even train a bit.

please send your prayers my way, and helpme get canned.

Dear Lord please help Comet get on the "Unemployed Diet".  I know this diet isn't talked about much, but I have heard good things about starvation.  It makes you appreciate the little things in life:  a loaf of bread,  beans,  rice, etc.  On the plus side it is good practice in case Obama wins...oops did I say that out loud.

Yeah but this only works after metabolism shuts down(which at first you'll probably gain weight), and then start self-cannibalism. Personnally, I think a tapeworm would be faster.

P.s. It also makes you appreciate the times you don't need a laxative (hoping, the longer the food is in your intestines, the more nutrition your body pulls from it).

Well, it makes me feel a little better knowing that your ok with/wanting to get canned. What I've found in life (even as short as it's been for me - to date - ) is that stress is a major cause for maladaptive behavior, and in the spirit of athleticism --> weight gain. The fact that you've either rationalized away the stress, or truely don't care, lends not only to your maturity but a defense mechanism that might be more beneficial than you think (considering cortisol levels, of course and their direct link to weight gain). I think you hit the nail on the head, as far as taking advantage, if it presents itself, to get on a STRICT training program... We know you have the tools, and the desire to do well, but you also have the hope of everyone here. If I may: what do you do for a living? (I'm pretty sure you've mentioned it before, but taking a page out of Ender's playbook I have a hard time remembering after a bottle or two... or three! ).

And I guess the only way to get a good meal if McCain is elected is to enlist [since we obviously aren't leaving Iraq/Afghanistan/Middle East (in general) anytime soon]. J/K... And yes you did say that outloud, just to let you know.
