It seems lately, I am getting more tired early in the workouts. Today at lunch, I was out of breath after 50 m! This happen to anyone else? If so, how did you get past it? Dam RE your question...sometimes you're the windshield and sometime you're the bug. For me, enery level seems to be a big factor in the pool. If I go for a really long bike and run on the weekend, my Monday pool performance suffers. ~Mike |
