Subject: RE: 100 pushups in 6 weeksrepeating week 6 this week, because I didn't get Friday's pushups done last week. Last week's Monday was so easy. Yesterday, not-so-much. 45, 55, 35, 35, 56. That's still a lot of pushups, and I'm happy with the muscle development, especially where the pecs join the sholder. Still, it would be cool to be able to do 100 in a row. I read the other day that in a full push up you nose, hips, and thighs should all touch. Mine don't. So I've been working on getting down just a bit farther. |
