ebshot - 2009-11-18 10:31 AM I'm starving.  What's everyone having for lunch?

Chicken and swiss on homemade artisinal bread..  A little olive relish and dijon as condiments.  Also have a cup of chili and some chips...  Got the banana and apple on standby

Dinner leftovers: spaghetti squash w/ marinara and chicken.  Will probably have a turkey wrap and cottage cheese and apple too.  And maybe some yogurt and blueberries.  I'm hungry today!

I had a pretty boring lunch: bologna sandwich, carrots, diet coke; afternoon apple as a snack.

Tomorrow I'm on an all clear liquid diet...yuck!

Hey Turkeys!
I'm not writing what I had for lunch or dinner! My new motto is "I eat ....therefore I train".

Going for my biggest run month ever! Tommorow I am riding outside, I will have completed 3,000 miles! I'm pretty happy with these numbers!

Morning Turkeys!  My kids are fever free!  Thank heavens, I'm going stir crazy.

I'm off to run a little fun run on the sub base today.  Swimming too as long as I don't get a phone call from the school!

Marianne, don't freeze to death today.  It's COLD this morning!  And congrats on 3,000!

Yesterday, I was going to tell everyone what I had for lunch, but didn't for fear of getting banned from BT Let's just say if it has the words "value meal" in the title, it probably isn't too healthy Undecided...

Dang donut store trapped me on the way to work today...  Maybe I should do the donut 10k run to see if I would swear off of them forever after "un-eating" them on the return 5k...

Well, it wasn't cheesy anyway....

I kind of look at it like this, after years of eating unhealthy, I don't want to send my body into total shock by being healthy all of the time

Not sure that would work.  Women puke while pregnant but most want to be pregnant again.  It's a deeper issue, man!

I'm not feeling so hot this morning.  I've got a sore throat.  I'm not going to do my planned run.  It's a good thing my running has been so solid this month.  Hopefully I can do a run tomorrow.

Is that his next show? Sign me up when he gets to the cheesburger and fries addiction show Wink or I could always fall into the "steak and potato" category too...
