Commerce comes to a screeching halt and people freak the eff out. When we lived on Long Island it was the same. Funny how a childs joy can be such a PITA for somewhat intelligent adults. |

Just gonna drive to the beach so I can run on a flat route - out and back about 4.5km. Along the beach is grand though in any weather. 9am got me a bike lesson, Coach Mark gonna put me through my paces! 3pm - swim squad. I love the Saturday session it's all drill not much swimming 5pm - Greek bbq extravaganza! yay! Good luck all you racers! |
