Subject: RE: 1 year, 1000 milesAnkle feels better this morning. Iced it down foor a while last night, and stayed off of it as much as I could. I'm gonna crash out for an hour or two when I get home, then I plan to treat my whole body to a good soaking in some very hot, epsom salted bath water. Hopefully, I'll be set for a 5K on Monday. That will be easy enough that it shouldn't over stress my ankle and I'll still get a good workout. |
