Official results say 2:18.17   no PR, not even equal to the April race but given how I was feeling I'll take it.

Great job with the race. That time is 57 minutes faster than my fastest,

Okay, I only got in 5.5 workouts this week, so I'm loggin 5. Got sick yesterday which put a dampner on the workouts. Oh well, forced the one today to get my 5. Still ahead of the game with 11 and only 9 to go.

Yes, 2 miles at 13:06 per mile. Combo of run/walk with my goal to keep it under 14 minutes per mile. Goal accomplished. Now to work on getting it under the 13 minute mark. I'm getting there, slowly but surely. And the PF is behaving right now. Let's keep it that way.

I'm back.  First mile my hip flexors were unhappy with me.

They got settled into a groove  and didn't talk much until towards the end.  calves cramped up around mile 10....enormous blister on the instep of my right foot.

Met up with a couple BT'ers....Ran the whole race with a BT'er named Dan. He pulled me by the hand from mile 11 or so.  Never did find my friend from swim class.

I think it's the same time as my April half mary or pretty close.  I'm consisent if nothing else.

YEAH CONGRATS!!

I only got 4 workouts in last week. I'd like to get 7 in this week, just to give me a little slack the week of Thanksgiving.

Can you log more than 5x 2 weeks and 6x 2 weeks. In otherwords I thought your number of workout days was limited to the reporting week so you couldn't have 7 workouts in a week reported even if you worked out 7 days... ?

8 mile run for me today and rest day tomorrow, well needed.

Morning Team,

I don't know what the answer is to your question Baowolf.  I'll let Travis handle that one.

Got an early drainer ride in--at least it was effort.  I have no clue what the expanded stuff in the taining plan meant so I just kept a moderate effort going.  Legs are still stiff, looking forward to a massage tonight

I think you are right. In general you can log 5 workouts per week and Travis gave us 2 chances to earn an extra point.
