Artemis - 2009-05-05 6:29 PM Hi team! I'm home. More time for posting and workouts.

Jen!  Welcome back.  I hope the trip went well!

Pretty well.  I'm happy that it's done.  It was a lot of work, but it was also fun.  Good to see all of my family.

disturbed275 - 2009-05-05 8:01 PM For some reason the craving hit me while I was riding today.

I've been craving mac and cheese, too.  I think I'm going to make some homemade stuff this week.  I love the Alton Brown recipe.

disturbed275 - 2009-05-05 12:37 PM I guess I'll have to settle with margarita shot bloks during my ride tonight

Not as good as the real thing, but they are pretty tasty.

We went out for Mexican food.

I ate a whole box of mac and cheese for dinner.  Nothing to mexicany about that.

You coulda added some salsa for fiesta fun!

We had sloppy joes. I guess we should have made tacos instead.

Yum!  Homemade mac is in my normal rotation of meals I cook.  I had to go with the quick, easy, not so good for you boxed stuff tonight though

I'm not so sure that the homemade version is any healthier.  It is very tasty.  I make the quick kind more often than homemade because I'm lazy.

Good morning everyone,
Easy week for me. Easy bike at noon today, easy run tomorrow, and that will probably be it before the marathon on Sunday...
Have a good one,
Luc

I'm supposed to have another 40 mile ride, but I'll have to wait to see if those thunderstorms materialize.

That sounds like a great plan! Which one you're running? I went to check but your log is private.
