I had a decent swim this morning, although it didn't feel quite as good as the last few.

Thank god the weekend's almost here!  Altho the weather's not supposed to be so great.  I have a trail race on Sat. so no cycling workouts for our challenge until the easy long ride Sunday -- unless there's snow on the ground again >0  Good chance to get in the pool in the meantime.

10 days left  - where do you all stack up on your goals?

Me -

100% of cycling in...  Do we now if ove 100% in a category counts against the other categories?  I have seen it go either way on that particular rule?  Just curious as I still have 3-4 rides to do...

80% of swimming done - swim today and tomorrow gets me to 100% not counting OWS on my cruise...

Ugghhh - Still have lots of situps to do...

Don't worry team - I'll get my 100%!

Cruise!!??  I'm jealous - but have a blast!!

I'm at 73.5% of my swim goal. 84.4% at my "other workout" goal and 50% at my running goal.  I'll get there - just started back running due to an injury.  Yippee!

Have a great weekend

I need a drink.  And make it a stiff one please!  I just got back from Cole's audiology appointment.  Holy cow, he was so ill behaved!  I hate it when he goes all postal like that.  I'm sure it was anxiety or whatever but still, it stresses me out and embarrasses me when he pulls that crap.

Oh and he still has no change in his hearing.  No hearing aides.  Still just using the fm transmitter system.  Just hoping to get one for the house now.

Still feeling sick.  I'm still on track for 100% unless this cold decides to hang on.  I'll give it a couple more days before I re-evaluate.

Well, YOU'RE the one going to programming classes. Why don't you just play around with your
"progress towards goal" numbers on the spreadsheet and find out!

Wait.... Let me rethink that. Do I really want people going in and messing with the spreadsheet? Hmmm, no. I don't.

OK. It's capped at 105 %. So you can achieve up to 105% of your goal(s).

Alright you Cold Turkeys - I am outta here for the week.  Spreadsheet is all caught up.  I will finish up my core workouts while on the cruise ship, so no worries about getting to goal.  Hopefully I will get in some sun and fun and swim and spin as well as some serious eating.

Ya'll keep the faith!!
