Anyone else suffering from a lack of motivation or is it just me?

Nope I got it too. Today's workouts are just not happening.

I'm working from home tomorrow, so hopefully I'll be able to juggle some of today to tomorrow.

Oh goodie. I get to tase you too!

Second place isn't an option so those of you with tasers, please help us out.

OK. I'll use this as an excuse to go out and buy another taser. Hm. Need to see what color I don't have yet....

Camo? Check.
Pink? Check.
Blue? Of course.
Black? Yep.
Leopard? That goes without saying.

Hm. Yes, I am checking out the www.taser.com website.... Oh look. I don't have the silver one! Yay! I can add to my collection.

I didn't go to yoga class today, but I did do some yoga from a yoga video.  It was WAY tougher than I was expecting!  Guess it's good for me.

I don't care. I am not canceling my titanium taser order! :P

Hi gang,
It pains me to say this, but I must drop out of this month's challenge.  I was selected to a jury in a criminal case today and they are telling us the case could go 2+ weeks.  We're not sequestered, but the trial is in Philadelphia, which is an hour and a half away.  I might be able to slip in a workout or two here and there, but it's going to be very spotty.  Good luck and KICK @SS!!!

Can I change my goals?  Why you ask?  well....apparently I am not so young anymore - I injured myself shoveling snow on Thursday (snow is evil, eeeeeeeeeevillllllll) and today is the first day I've been able to walk without extreme pain and assistance from my wife.  I have MORE pt to do now and running is probably out (I have been diagnosed with a back strain and probable bulging disc).  I will have trouble making my run goal and my ab sessions, I think.  Having double PT - well, I should blow that out of the water now....and biking - I dunno.  So....what do i do folks?  I hate to drop out.  I have good drugs.....Darvocet and steroids (6 day supply I think).

I'm feeling pretty good today team.  I got 8.5 hours of sleep last night and my legs aren't sore from yesterday's run.  I feel like I got the ball rolling!  I also get to stay home today and be domestic.    Trainer ride today.  Back to Jorge's plan.  Might have to repeat a week or 6 though.

It's break time!  I have gotten the house vacuumed, kitchen/dining room/living room/hall floors washed, folded three loads of laundry and I'm ready for a rest.  Cleaning the bathroom is next.  Such excitement, no?

Yup, spent most of the day cleaning.  I didn't dust but, alas, it will be there tomorrow!  Along with sheets too.

I also squeezed in my trainer ride.  I went back to week 5 in Jorge's plan.  I also readjusted the tension on my trainer.  It was much harder today but my average speed is more road like.  I sure hope to see improvement come spring!
