Hello, my name is Lauren and I have a Lauren problem. The problem is getting out of hand as it's not only affecting my life, but it's now affecting the lives of others. I try so hard to abstain from Laurening, but sometimes I just get this urge to Lauren and I can't control it. I would like to quit. But, I don't know how. I think I need your help.

I understood the above post as much as I usually understand one of chirunner's. 

You know what you need??  Just a lot of determination to get you through your day and help you to get over Laurening.

So go out and get a good run in or a nice long ride to continue to improve your determination until you have such a high level or it that eveyone will want your determination.

Do I really have to explain the shocker?  Geez, maybe wurkit was right.... dare I say that you people are old.

Hey!! I turn my back for ONE minute, and this.  Not exactly sure how to interpret, though.  A well-packaged sausage casing?  A warm bun?  The Head of Richard?  So many choices!

You mean, let me understand this cause, ya know maybe it's me, I'm a little messed up maybe, but Dan is funny how, I mean funny like he's a clown, he amuses you?
