Yeah, I was checking out some of the ringer's logs, and it looked like there was just some slow spreadsheeting going on. The training logs looked pretty good.

How about 5 hours in the saddle for the spreadsheet? D O N E!!!

Wow!!! That's some awesome T.I.T.S.! GREAT job!

Slow spreadsheeting is not a problem. I can live with that. I'll put the cattle prod away for awhile then.

The Starfish - 2008-04-12 10:27 AM Please! I promise I am not asking for the cattle prod! I decided to update my log once a week to keep from getting confused and forgetting what I logged and what I did not. So, I updated my portion of the spreadsheet today. This should bring me up to at least the green area, I hope. Don’t forget I have a race tomorrow. I may not be able to update before tomorrow evening so, I posted my planned times but actual distance to my planned workout for Sunday. Also, I have a race report. Don’t we get bonus points for races????? Hope everyone has a great weekend! Enjoy and train!!! GO ONIONS!!!!
Updating once a week is fine. I just figured I'd "remind" people, in case they weren't actually working out! And YES, you get bonus points for races! They count DOUBLE!

Really? That's awesome. Umm... lets all sign up for a bunch of races real quick like.

LOL, good plan.

One more reminder to update your spreadsheet totals by the end of the day.

Also, so you know, I changed the spreadsheet so that Cat's totals will not count towards your team's progress.

Just wanted to let you know I completed the race. Will post race report tomorrow. But until then:
500 meter swim
14 mile bike (50 mins)
3 mile run

I posted my actual time/distance to the log. Dee, I suppose you will take care of the rest?

Thanks! Have a great Monday, all!

Week 2 Updates have been posted!!

http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=109572&posts=2#M1335947

One less lash with the whip this week (unless you want it) as we're not DFL!

I think I'm going to bank my double times from the races this last weekend and add them on at the end of the month.  If I see the extra time already added, I'm bound to get lazy.

No excuses!
Subject: RE: Team Olympic Onions Rings

I would like to state my apology now to my teammates.

I was signed up for IM CDA through the Community Fund and was training away for it, but I am the best man in a wedding the week before and cannot get coverage for my business while I was to be gone (my best friend and me have the same type of business and his brother covers for us when we go on vacation and his honeymoon will be over CDA blah blah blah)

So I switched to IM AZ and thus totally changed my plan and am no longer shooting for the 822.7 club this months which...... totally screws over all of you Frown

I will do my best to get in what I can but the need for a few 100 milers and 20 mile runs this month is no more.

Sorry all, still kick some onion a$$ for me!
