I have to wait for the true distance but I think I did 7.25 miles in 1 hour. I'll post the race report and pix on my album soon. Hope everyone is doing good! Oh, so how do we post our distance on the spreadsheet when we race? WTG Tracy!!!!! I think Lynne said races counted for dbl, so I would just enter 2x the distance - you may want to post the question in the challenge thread to be sure, and others probably have the same question You can just double the distance when you log it. I don't think there's a better official way to log it. |

Champion 7546 Santa Cruz, California | Subject: RE: Team Lively Lava Hi everyone...I was able to get in a brick work out after work today....rode 22+ miles with a 4 minute transition...(since at the last minute I decide to add the run)...as I got home, I ran the bike into the garage..ran inside and grabbed my shoes in one area, hat and my ipod and off I went on a 3.5 mile run...felt good and looking forward to my first triathlon in a few weeks! Thanks to all of you for getting me to this point and helping me with all my questions!?!!, can't believe that only four months ago I was a steam enigne smoker and could barely walk...not alone all the weight that keeps falling off! YAY! you guys rock...thanks for keeping me focused and helping me to get to this point! I LAVA YOU ALL!!!! but now it's time to push me in the pool again this week! ok!?! have a great evening everyone! make sure to post those numbers into the spreadsheet. If any of you have problems let Beth or myself know and we will do it for you! nitey nite all! |

Thanks Jenny...time to push me in the pool - OK???...going this afternoon...DH just got home from a morning ride....thank goodness I didnot go with him...he rode up some steep hills over to the beach back up the back side (even steeper) and then back home...I would be done for the day! sorry I didnt go, because it is his 50th birthday and he wanted me to go...but we would not be back until dinner time had I gone with him on that ride! plus the pool.....must get to the pool!!! |
