I have since been asked about other orders or combinations of events. So, my official ruling is that a brick can consist of any two of swim/bike/run as long as the second event starts within 15 minutes of the first event ending. Lifting, yoga, etc will not count. Also, when I first envisioned the brick bonus I was figuring it for time/distance. However, it needs to apply to sessions, too. So, you can take 1.5 sessions for bricked sessions. |
