rlejeune - 2009-05-06 5:47 AM So what is everyone up to today?

I'm supposed to have another 40 mile ride, but I'll have to wait to see if those thunderstorms materialize.

I hope for you that the weather will be nice enough so you can get out and ride

Morning everyone!!

Not sure what I am up to today.  It's supposed to rain after work, so I don't really want to run in the thunderstorms.  My bike is still in the shop so I can't ride on the trainer.  Probably lots of stretching and PT.

Further info on bricks:

I stated in the challenge rules that a brick is a swim/bike or a bike/run where the second event starts within 15 minutes of the first event ending. I have since been asked about other orders or combinations of events. So, my official ruling is that a brick can consist of any two of swim/bike/run as long as the second event starts within 15 minutes of the first event ending. Lifting, yoga, etc will not count.

Also, when I first envisioned the brick bonus I was figuring it for time/distance. However, it needs to apply to sessions, too. So, you can take 1.5 sessions for bricked sessions.

That seems fair.  Thanks for the clarification.  Now to get to those bricks.....

21 mile ride this morning before work.  Swim planned during lunch time.  Hockey tonight @10:45pm.  Going to be a -long- day.  Might have to use one of my KFC coupons for post swim lunch.

Found a left over bag of 'Eating Right' brand Salsa flavored potato crisps.  Now I remember why they were stuffed behind my desk area.  They are back there again.  Funny thing is that advertise them as low fat and chip alternative, but still have 110 calories per serving compared to something like Tostitos which have 140.

thebrayon - 2009-05-06 7:39 AM Good morning everyone,
Easy week for me. Easy bike at noon today, easy run tomorrow, and that will probably be it before the marathon on Sunday...
Have a good one,
Luc

That sounds like a great plan! Which one you're running? I went to check but your log is private.

I'm running the Fredericton marathon. They are forcasting rain for Sunday with 11C only.........well they still have time to change....

Now you should have access to my log....

Nice, this seems like a nice course. I was checking the elevation profil, seems like a nice place for a PR
