There are 8 more ladies in my age group on the "qualifiers" list. Wonder if they will split the qualifiers from the general entries in the results? Oh, and Hampton Bricktown is where it's at. |

I have to say I do have a very very real fear that I'm going to be BOP in this sucka. With all the people who qualified -- that means there's gonna be lots of fasties out there. Ltos of sub-5 folks. That's going to kind of suck to see the results. As long as I set a PR that's all that matters, I reckon. |

This is my first 1/2, so I'm trying to set a benchmark going forward. I've got a goal in mind and I'm hoping my run will be good enough that I can smash it. |

Assistance is legal if it comes from an official volunteer. Anything you might need that won't be regularly provided? I say this mainly for the 1/2 Iron folks because I'll be there only through early afternoon - will head out with TexasMPGal sometime after she's finished. Don't know what mile they will have me at yet, but will post if I find out. |

I'll be there representing the East Coast (Hartford, CT) since my sister and brother-in-law live in OKC. It's my first 1/2 and I've heard nothing but positive things about the race.
