I love mine, 2006 QR Caliente. Had a front derailer mount problem when I first got it. They fixed it without question and rather quickly considering it had to be disassembled and sent back. I would have no problem buying another.

Much love here for the QR

I love my Seduza and I loved my Tequilo as well (up into the point I smashed it into the garage door.

To the smaller women here who have a QR....

I'm just a smidge under 5'4" but have really short arms and a short torso (but with reg length legs- yes I look funny). I ride a 47 cm felt women's specific road bike. I'm looking at the QR, specifically the new Dulce (women's version of the seduza) but have none here close by to test ride.

Before I go driving all over timbuktu, are QR bike good for people with shorter torsos and arms? I'd probably have to get the 46" if I'm already on a 47" road bike...

I have a QR Seduza.  It has been a good bike with very few problems.

I like the '06 Seduza paintjob more than the '07. When I fall into some money, I'm gonna send my Seduza off to a pro paint shop and get it painted RIGHT. The 07/08 is just ugly. Hell, it says QR or Quintana Roo on every single piece of the frame. Like I'm gonna swap out the rear triangle or something.

The newer QR's are some of the best looking bikes out there, and some of the best priced as well. If I were looking, QR would be one of my top choices.

The love runs deep in my house. After my wife started blowing me away on her new Tequilo I acquired a Lucero and thus harmony has returned.

QR was always a good brand.
I think they had some bad graphics while others didn't and they lost a little share because of it.

This is the second year for the current models, I don't think the changed a thing on the bike or wetsuit side this year.
I think that's a bit lazy, and it's a sign of weakness.
The easiest thing to do is nothing, they know the sport is growing, but their sales are shrinking.

I would love the brand to be strong, I like this company they helped this sport so much, but If I'm going to drop 2 grand on a new bike it better be a leader in its category, not a left over.

My 2 cents.

I actually have the opposite problem but I bet the XS will fit you.  Also look at their new womens specific design because in general I have been told they are made for shorter torsos.  I am on my second QR.  I'm 5'3" and had a 47 05 Caliente but when I got into longer rides discovered my torso was too long and went to an 06 Seduza size small.  I love my bike

I'm Female 5'1" ride an XS Seduza loooove it.  Just bought Zipp wheels though.  I bought the version with 650 wheels and found that I actually lost speed when going from road bike to the seduza due to this.

I think because other companies are offering ALOT more bike for less money than QR (i.e. kestrel full carbon for under 2K)

I have the QR Seduza and absolutely love it.

And although it sounds like some of you have had issues with customer service, I had a total opposite experience.  These guys were awesome to work with.  I had a warranty issue that they totally handled in a professional manner.  Extremely responsive and took care of my needs, when the LBS implied that I may have stripped the bolt area myself (below the seat).  They were great.  Fixed my frame and sent me it back in a timely manner.  I would recommend them to anyone.

Think you have it bad, try riding BMC. When people ask what I ride and I tell them, they usually respond with "Actually, I was wondering what kind of bike you ride, not what you drive" (as in they usually interpret BMC as GMC).

Mixie - I just went through this with the whole QR thing and yeah it's the same bike in girly colors with a different saddle.  LAME, although they did put a compact crank on it, which was cool.  Anyway, the site has the wrong geometries listed (as does their '08 brochure), but the carbon QR's are a little longer in the top tube.  This meant I couldn't fit onto the Seduza I wanted.

Felt bikes have a 49cm top tube (same as the Cervelo) in their smallest geometry, so those were out for me for the same reason as the Seduza was.  bah.

Oh and also - the Chicquilo is the girl version of the Kilo, not Tequilo (although you wouldn't think that by the name)

Funny, I feel exactly the opposite.  I think the new QRs are the coolest looking Tri-bikes on the market for '07/08.

I think putting your name on every square inch is a new trend.   Look at the new specializeds.

I LOVED my Kilo in 2006, but now I love it's cousin Litespeed Blade even more...

The QR products are dead sexy imo. I have two of their wetsuits and will definitely buy more of their products. Dan Empfield the grand master of Slowtwitch was the man at QR and apparently engineered the tri bike geometry at QR that has been copied many times over.

Anybody ride the 2008 Lucero Titanium.  That is flat out hot, light, stiff.  Nytro shows the frame with HED3's and Vision aerobars.  If I had the cash, THIS would be my bike.  Alas, I continue to ride my $800 aluminum roadie with clip-ons.
