HI
I'm 5th (Kurt) from Omaha. I will hopefully blow my goals away quickly, but I wasn't sure what to put down. I may increase them at the end of week 1.....

*grunt*

I was a winner in Feb. I like being a winner.

*snort*

My month starts tomorrow. 1hr on the bike trainer before work. It's supposed to rain/snow tomorrow, and then more rain possible later in the week. So much for the dry single track trails in Omaha!

*burp*

Elephants are Kewl. They are big, and can stomp other teams. Oh, and since everyone else has worked A$$ into their post....

LET'S KICK SOME A$$!!!!!!!!!

thanks for laughing Tongue out

my a$$ is better today-- each day the soreness moves slightly depending on which training session tweaked it most recently.   Who knew there were so many subtle a$$ muscles?

Artemis - 2008-03-31 12:14 PM Hi Elephants!  1for1 will be joining you all this month.

Thank you Artemis for the intro!

I am 1for1 (Ralph). I have been doing the challenges since October, and took March off. Now it's time to get my A$$ back in gear with a challenge. I look forward to us dragging the competition across the finish line. If we need a Captain I have done it in previous challenges and can step up to the plate again.

Nice to be on a team with you again Shawn!

it's my a$$ not the hole, LOL! You would be safe to ask...

and presuming you did ask....just a little soreness from giving it a workout getting in shape - you must already have a fine a$$ if yours never gives you pain.

with luck (and diligence) I too may have a fine a$$ by month-end!

Hey folks! Happy to be an elephant. Although I am also a Donkey. I guess that makes me like an undecided voter. Well this Donkey promises to kick some azz for his fellow elephants.

Below you will find the link for your team's spreadsheet.  You can edit it with
username: btchallenge
password: challengeforum

Please take a minute to check your goals.  If they are wrong, or you don't have any, please change them.  No need to notify me.   Challenge goals should be finalized by Friday, 4/4.

The only columns you'll need to edit throughout the challenge are the ones for entering your progress.  Ex: Swim Completed.  Everything else is calculated automatically - the percentages, averages, even the day and progress through the month.  Please don't change them.

Let me know if you have questions!

My contribution to the elephant a$$ photo collection.

Just joined the Elephants...can't say I've ever been an elephant before...hopefully won't ever be mistaken for one!

I'm finalizing my goals tonight...it's been a long winter with my focus haphazardly on training and now I'm ready to get back into some consistency.  Like an elephant, I do finish what I start, so here's to winning this challenge!

Wow!  Let the trash talking begin!   I'm old and brittle and recovering from a knee injury.  I'm putting down zero for running the month. That's a goose egg, zip, nada... Here are my targets:

  • Strength--6 sessions
  • Swimming--7 hours
  • Biking--20 hours.
Let the games begin!  Woo Hoo!
