We have a fun team! That's strange. I've had it happen before, though. I'll attach the text file I used and then you can copy it from there. Let me know if this doesn't work. Master 1289 Franklin, TN | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms Worked for me too! Nice table, Jen!!! Feeling a little better today, still pretty sore though. Hard to get out of a chair and stand up/or sit down. Today is a scheduled rest day on my plan. So I'm only behind a 20 minute ab workout - how convenient. My goal is to be in the pool by tomorrow evening. Go Atoms! |

I ran in capris and long sleeve shirt today and was hot...wish I had black sports bra on so I could have taken off my shirt. I know 57 isn't hot but it is when I'm used to running when its 30. I'm so jealous! I ran this morning and my face almost froze off. Too cold for the lunchtime rides I was planning, but maybe this weekend.... |

Thank you, Jen, for putting on such an amazing challenge (and, of course, for putting me on the BEST TEAM EVER). This is a group of powerhouses if I've ever seen one! Oh ... and how could I do a challenge without my beloved Judi ... So, I'm Yanti, I just finished my first HIM (yay!!!) and I'm hoping to do a couple more this year, and a marathon in May. Might do a sprint for fun towards the end of this month. My goals are try to recover decently, and then onwards and upwards! Swim: 25,000 yd Bike: 50 hr Run: 50 mi |

I'm with Kathy - I ran this morning, expecting it to be cool, but I was sweating so much by the time I was on my way back I was ready lose my shirt too. (I guess it wouldn't have been too indecent since I was wearing my fluorescent construction worker's safety vest too.) I would have looked a member of the Village People. Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms Hi team! I made it through a short run today (24 minutes). Not much but it feels like a pretty major accomplishment. I've been pretty sick for the past three days. Feeling much better after the run though. The weather was gorgeous! I forgot how much I sweat when it's 77 outside!! I was better prepared after Kathy's warning, but you still always forget when the weather changes. |

Extreme Veteran 466 | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms Some dummy thought that low 60s and not currently raining was a great time to take the fixie/SS out for a ride(had rained earlier and didn't want to take tri bike on wet roads yet since I only picked it up Sunday: made a special trip to Boston). Well it dropped to upper 40s during the ride(dummy dressed in short sleeve jersey and shorts but had jacket that she didn't put on in jersey pocket) and the winds were at 25-39 mph. Serious upper body work at times struggling to keep the bike upright and fixie/SS gives you no where to go but slow grinding cadence when into the headwind although the crosswinds were almost as bad. Got a short run in today too before work and will do my simplefit in a few minutes. Go Amazing Atoms! Sounds like everyone is off to a good start. |

Science Nerd 28760 Redwood City, California | Subject: RE: Team Amazing Atoms When you try to copy the table, you can use quote, then click disable HTML, and then click preview. That should give you the HTML code. Then, copy and paste. I have noticed that once I put it in my log and click "Apply", I have to do the same thing again before it turns into a table in my log. Try going to your goals section and see if it shows up as a table now. If so, click apply again and it will be a table in your log. If that doesn't work, I have the HTML code in a text file. I uploaded it today into one of the previous posts, so you can download it from there. |

Swim: 25,000 yd Bike: 50 hr Run: 50 mi Oh, SCHMYTE ... that's a total typo on the bike hours ... still brain dead, I guess. 'Cause 50 hours would be, like, 750 miles. I'll enter it into the spreadsheet differently. Really? I was thinking of making the swim 30K, but I wanted everything neat, like in multiples of 25. I'm crazy, I know. |

It's because of the way they're copying the table. For example, I have all the "extra features" turned off. So I get nothing when I try to copy images and links tables. The easiest way around this is: 1) Hit the QUOTE button. 2) Highlight all the html code. 3) Copy the code and paste it in your log. - Dee |

Man, I watched devouahy start in the wave AFTER the pro women, and catch up to them and pass. R-E-S-P-E-C-T. I've had too many months in my life when I swam 200K ... no mas, senorita!!! |
