If the group wants then we can do that.  I don't think giving up a dollar to charity would be to much to ask.  Maybe to have a little competitveness we can do the lowest percentage donates the dollar to the charity of choice of the person with the highest percentage.  What does everyone think??

In for 55 miles running. I am unsure what to put cuz I have an oly (some taper) on the 10th, then on vacation for a week 18-23 so not sure how workouts will play out.

Are you a cheesehead??? What's up with Favre? I haven't been keeping up with the news and then all of a sudden I see he is going to training camp! Gotta say I'm excited about that but...I'm a little upset about the whole media blitz on it.

GO PACK!!!

We're still waiting to know what's up with that saga.

Peeps here are taking sides...pro Favre - bring him back, we don't care if you are pushin' 40 and have tearfully said good bye as you went on into happy retirement, and get gone Favre - we've moved on, everyone is in place for positions, so send him anywhere except to Da Bears or Vikings.

It's a freakin' soap opera! And to think this has become a National News Headlining Story?!?!!! HA!

Hey guys, I added another column to the spreadsheet, so now you can set an "OTHER" goal, too. This can used for yoga, strength training, pilates, dancing, etc.

You have found a great community with this site to find motivation and encouragment to help you meet any goal that you set.  There is a wealth of knowledge to found on this site as well, so if you have any questions ask and I am sure you will find answers.  Good luck, and as said earlier don't overdue it.

Ok--I'm in. I can't run, so this'll keep me from slacking off from swimming and biking. That's the great thing about this sport. Even if an injury prevents you from doing one thing, there's always another excuse to drag your sorry out of bed at an ungodly hour and inflict pain upon yourself.

What a perfect challenge for me!  I'm doing well with tri training because of upcoming races, but have been slacking in strength and yoga.  Maybe this will give me that little kick in the butt to get them done.

Thanks for the moto, before the school i used to swim , bike and run a lot. Now I have to hurry before I go back out on float. Going to Guam in 3 months for three years on the City of Corpus Christi or the Buffalo. Not much exercise to do on board a Submarine. Thanks again for the support.
