They'll be a spreadsheet through Google. I think it'll be available this weekend or so.

Hey, DJ!  I think they put you on the wrong team.  The "massive" part doesn't fit you.

Hey Monsters,

My name is Darrel and I'll be doing 120 miles this month. I'm training for the California International Marathon (CIM) in Dec with the goal of qualifying for Boston (3:15:59), of coarse I've had the same goal the last two years maybe the third time will be the charm. 12 miles down only 108 to go!

Good luck GG in your first tri.

Hey Kim,

I think the GG name is gonna stick here in Tri-land.  Sounds a little more -how do you say it-exotic.

O.k. guys.  A couple of you have asked how to copy the team roster into your log.  Here are the instructions:

1. Quote the message with the table.

2. Check the 'disable HTML' button.

3. Click 'preview'.

4. Copy the HTML table and put in your log.

5. Click 'apply'.

6. Sometimes, I have to go back in and click apply again to make the table look like a table instead of HTML code.

Try it...it's fun!  Then you can check on your teammate's logs & "Inspire" them with all kinds of nonsense.

Hey, don't forget to trash talk the other teams!

Ahh, Kim, you tasted victory once. Unfortunatly, the Werewolves are hungry for blood and with two Chanticleers on the roster are guaranteed success.

The Massive Monsters (what a weak weak name) unfortunatly, will have to satisfy themselves with a battle for second place.

I just told BigDH to "bite me!" Can you tell I'm bored? Here's a prettier version of our roster. I'm grounded from running/walking, etc. today according to the physical therapist. Maybe 1 mile tomorrow. Gotta save the injured foot for my race on Sunday. So, trash talkin' is my contribution today. Promise I'll do my miles for the team when I'm off restriction.

For the neophytes to BT.  To jazz up your log a little you can go into your Control Panel & use the Tiny HTML editor.

Here's how to do the basics Blogging & the BT Blogger

Your Control Panel button looks like this:  Control Panel & is in the upper 1/3 left hand portion of your screen when you are signed into your training log.

Once you open the Control Panel, you click on the Goals tab & then can follow the instructions in the previous post.  You have to use the HTML button in the Tiny HTML editor to paste the code into & then click Update & then Apply.

Once done, the table should appear in your log.

Some helpful tips:

It is good to have 2 windows of BT open (one to copy the code from & one that has your Control Panel open to paste it into)

When the table is in your log, you can then click on the person's name & you'll go straight to their log so you can Inspire them.

KOM - call me if you are still having trouble & we'll step-by-step the process.
