Hit a hill for the first time, like ever, in training. Going to work on that hill this month too, throw it in at the end and try to climb it repeatidly more and more. |

As such, and in order to extend my "winning streak" I intend to keep everyone accountable. That makes me the team whip (insert audio of whiping noise). So, if you like, post your goals along with your plan to make the goals. Baring injury, I am sure we can all get 100%. k, back to work. |

I wonder how much that mountain lake has cooled off in the past two weeks. I have an evening swim and I bet its gona be chillly. I will have to dig the ice chizel out of the garage soon. It is hard to run in the morning, 7:15 and its not even really light out yet. With work at 8 am that doesn't leave any time unless I hit the dreadmill. Although after work isn't great, down below 90 min for workouts in the light. |

My goal is 35 miles for the month, combination of running and walking (w/ the dog). It's not much of a goal, but I shouldn't have any trouble (as long as I don't leave myself 10 miles to run on Halloween night!) |

I know its not fast but for me thats blazing. Must be the werewolve in me. While all these other groups are busy posting pictures it looks like we are just going out there and getting-r-done though I have to admit that last wicked arts picture is kinda hot. |

Who said anything about working the rest of the day? Of course that has nothing to do with my run, just a severe lack of motivation after a long week. My best time before today was about a 10:15 pace. Today everything just felt right, in fact I had a negative split. Looking at your log, looks like you are right there. My guess is you will hit a day when everything is going right and you will break an hour. Keep up the good work. |
