I have never laughed so hard at a movie that was supposed to be scary. Especially when the Ambulance arrives on scene. The Zombies eat the EMT's and then one gets on the Radio and says ( in the classic zombie voice) "Send more Paramedics...the last ones were delicoius!" No no no, that's "Return of the Living Dead" and it's supposed to be funny. I especially like the scene where the gas reanimates all of the medical specimens of dogs that are cut in half. And the naked punk chick of course! "Night of the Living Dead" is in black and white, mostly set in a farmhouse and the zombies don't talk at all. Not funny either. The only reason I watched it was because my step-daughter wouldn't leave me alone until I did. She thinks it's the best movie ever. I didn't want to watch it, and after I did, it just confirmed WHY I didn't want to watch it. Biggest waste of resources ever. |

However, there are some really awful movies mentioned that I have watched more than once. Flash Gordon, Batman and Robin, Roadhouse and Transformers all make me feel like they killed brain cells after watching them, yet I cannot turn away. My #1 pick is the Jean Claude Van Dammeawful movie "Cyborg". I love the post-apocolyptic setting, but it is soooo bad. Yet I watch. |

The best movie ever about an evil Biermeister. Nighthawks. Stallone. Billy Dee Williams. Rutger Hauer. It's not good, but it's really, really bad in a good way. Species. I can give you a couple reasons why I love this movie.  The Cutting Edge. I don't even know I watch this, but I always do. Just about any Chuck Norris movie. Because. Napolean Dynamite....I watched it and thought "eh" but then found it was one of those movies I would think about later on and chuckle to myself. My nominee is SIN CITY. First time I watched it I thought it was the biggest pile of dog doo I'd ever seen. Visually ground breaking IMO, but beyond that...UGH. But whenever it is on I can't help watching! |
