Do we have a table or are we just keeping up with everything on our logs? I'm not sure - it wouldn't take much to throw together a table if that would be easier |

Pro 4353 Wallingford, PA | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan Good Morning Team Galileo, Spreadsheets are FINALLY up!! Sign-in, as usual, is email:[email protected], password:challengeforum. There are a few blank spaces on some of the spreadsheets because SOME PEOPLE haven't posted their goals yet.... Also, PLEASE NOTE: Your team roster has changed - crea0029 has dropped out of the challenge, and I have added mrhighside to your team. As PUNISHMENT for failing to complete your goals this month, the loosing teams must change their avatar to a goofy cupid image for the month of March, and add the statement "My team LOST the February Challenge" to their signature. Okay, now log off of BT already and GET OUT THERE AND TRAIN!!! |

Veteran 254 | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan Hi, I'm Andy, this is my first year doing triathlons, I'm shooting for 4 sprints and 2 Oly distance, we'll see how things go once I get a taste of the first one. I have trouble training consistently, First part of the week is usually golden, then I hit my "rest" day on Thursdays, (have the kids, and hockey practice... not very restful) , then all of a sudden it is Saturday or Sunday and I haven't done anything. Hopefully this challenge will get me to step up be consistent. If you want to add me to your little graphics things you can add this near the end... :-) MrHighSide
-Andy (aka MrHighSide) |

Well now I gonna HAVE to stick to the plan Haha...I must have skimmed that post the first time bc I missed the part about the cupid avatar. If I was on the fence before about a workout today, I'm not anymore! Have a run planned for after work and possibly a spin class. What's everyone else up to today? |

Champion 7931 Sequim, Washington | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan Everything is looking good. I am still too busy to write up much, but I will try to check in tomorrow morning before school. Or maybe right after class. My month is off to a good start so far. My training plan, race schedule, etc is posted at the top of my log. I am being a bit more flexible with the days, but I am making sure to get enough rest before and after my long workouts...not that any have happened yet. I am having major allergy issues and I will be avoiding the pool until my congestion is cleared up. Swimming and snot are not a good combination. I keep forgetting to do my pushups so reminders will be appriciated. talk to y'all tomorrow. mel |

Master 1639 Robbinsville NJ | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan Hey everyone, names Bob and in my 2nd season of Tri's. Plan on 4 to 5 full Tri's, 1 with canoe instead of swim and hopefully a HIM (or 1/2 Du) in October. Gonna be nice here in Jersey this weekend (snowing all day today!) and in the 50's so plan on hitting the pavement for the 1st time in a long time. |

Hope you get to enjoy them We've got that ahead in our forecast too although its currently 6 degrees right now. They're also calling for rain too, but I'm crossing my fingers that I can finally take my bike off the trainer |

Veteran 286 Brisbane, Australia | Subject: RE: Team GALILEO: Stick to the Plan HI everyone, Hope you're all going well with you workouts. Does anyone know whether we need 100% to win, or is 90 or 95% good enough? Also - does anybody have aerobars on a road bike or done that in the past? What is your opinion of it? I know the mechanics of road v tri bike but am just wondering about opinion. |
