Looking at one in June. I am entered into a tri clinic now. We did a double brick this morning. Bike / Run - Beginners did 8 miles and then 1 mile followed by 6 miles and 1 mile. This is all after I played 100 holes of golf yesterday. Is that like marathon golf? Extreme golf? You must be tired. Take a rest for a few days A golf marathon - Fund raiser - all together made about $65K for school. Started at 7:00 AM, finished just a few minutes before 5:00 PM. Right now just the back of my legs are very tights, otherwise I am doing OK. I signed up for my first Tri - Actually a 3 race series - so soon I will be a triathlete.... |

Veteran 245 Nevada City with my BABY! | Subject: RE: Team Puebla - Cinco de Mayo Mutisport Challenge Hi everyone! I'm excited about this challenge. I am training for B2B Full Iron in November so this will keep me on track with my training. Plus it keeps my mind off my hubby being gone. He left 3 weeks ago today for Afghanistan...so all this training will be me focused and off the couch I did Muddy Buddy yesterday! (One of my best races to date!) How do we log races or bricks on the chart?
