I've got a week on a cruise mid-July... this may be the first time I ever exercise on a vacation. Big event for the month - my husband and I are doing a Bike Tour for MS. We ride 75km Saturday July 25th, stay over night at the University dorms and then ride back 75 km the next day. The longest I've ever ridden so far at once is 30km, so this is going to be quite some feat. Just keep riding, just keep riding, just keep riding... |

So still bouncing around 260. Took a survey and it told me I was a "merry-go-round" dieter - that it wasn't one issue that derails me but many. So maybe stress over job one day, feeling bad about something else another day. Basically, that whenever stuff happens I turn to food (usually bad food) to solve my problems. So, still working on that, probably forever I guess. |

I would like to trash talk you and boast about winning the race, but the 10K course near my house is pretty hilly and I am pretty slow and I guess I will skip the trash talk. Sounds good, except that I was up 1.8 pounds last week. I get to a certain point and then I always bounce around that number for a while before dropping another pound. I think 144 is that number for me. I was at 143 on my home scale this morning and that's really what I was hoping for at WW, but it was not to be. I still feel like I will make my 140 goal this month. |

My goal this month is 193. My longtime healthy goal is 170. About me: I'm training for my first half Ironman. I am getting exercise but I can't seem to lose weight. I've participated in challenges on the "challenge forum" before, but at the moment, I'm really trying to focus on shedding some of the weight I put back on over the last year. Can someone explain to me how this works?? Anyway, current weight is 157. My ultimate goal is low to mid 140's, but I surely won't get there by the end of July. I think 153 by the end of July is more realistic. |

I think when I left I weighed ~143 today was 146. Not bad considering there was absolutely no opportunity to exercise besides the miles upon miles of hiking we did at Glacier National Park. THey just weren't enough to offset some of the eating out. Time to start again. |

That 'race weight' finally started coming off today, so I just MIGHT make that goal  My goal for the end of July... 192. |
