i am not the only one!!!!
on the recovery drink. as others have said, its not that choc milk is a bad one, but all of the studies are comparing it to other recovery drinks (which again are simply comparing themselves to each other ).
it is better than nothing. but there are better things you can do, like get in a real meal, or as bryan said, a smoothie that is basically most of a meal.
frankly i think people heard that choc milk was good for recovery, and now they drink it after every single workout, where that is not really needed if you are eating right at the levels most people train. |
