I also tend to pop up in threads about wine, only I'm KRISTIN with an I

Oooo, so Team Rabobank will have an alcoholic theme this month?

P.S. I'm not Kristen. Or Kristin. I'm not even on your team. I just like to post pad.

I'm Neal.  My training focus fright now is preparing for a Mid-August HIM.  I'm also starting to ramp up the running mileage for a fall marathon.

I hope everyone had a great 4th.  I ate entirely too much food and drank way to much beer (and jager ).  Time to go detox with a good long run

I ate like a pig and drank vats of wine. Spent some quality time in a kiddie pool I did a 15 mile run to clear out the system, it worked wonders!

Can I give a shout out to Duck Rabbit (NC) Milk Stout and Lancaster (PA) Milk Stout? So yummy.

That is all.

Artemis - 2009-07-04 10:01 AM Hi team! I know most of you. I'm Jen.

I'm going to get most of my miles in during a 150 mile two day ride on July 18th and 19th. Also training for a marathon in November and a sprint tri in August.

That sounds fun!

I think it will be a lot of fun! I'm doing it with my dad and my brother, which will be nice. This will be my little brother's first really long ride - he's 14.

That's great! I do a couple races a year with my sister and always love it. Otherwise no one in my family is athletic. Sounds like a nice thing to do with a parent. Have a good time!

I'm running a 10k this Saturday with my little sister.  It'll be her first ever race.  We're excited!

Next step is getting her in the water....

Hmmmm. Decisions, decisions...

I was going to run tomorrow morning & maybe bike in the afternoon...but it turns out I might be able to run a low-key 5K tomorrow night for fun. (Sugar Daddy (aka husband) was going to run it, but is now not - which means I can do it...).

So maybe I'll sleep in a bit (it's late after all) and do the 5K after dinner and then ride on Tuesday.

The 5k sounds fun.  And I'm all for sleeping in (since I don't do it nearly enough).
