I'm good with the Cold Turkeys too.

Hope everyone had a fun Halloween.  It was good here.  Is it wrong that I made the kids give me all of their Snickers?    Now I just have to not eat all the candy.  I always fail with that.

Good Morning. I am Marianne...I know some of you, as I am a challenge addict! My goal is to lift 3x/week. I am good about getting my workouts done but I always slack on the strength training. Hoping this challenge will keep me going  as we enter the holiday season.

I like cold turkeys as a nameLaughing

Cold Turkeys sounds good.

I'm off for a 60 minute run with a friend......as soon as DH gets home from his run so we can swap baby care responsibilities!

Had a great run this morning!  It was a cold, crisp morning but the sun was shining down from a cloudless blue sky.  Two hours later and I'm still a little giddy.  What a great way to start the day!

HOWDY!
Sorry I'm late to the party...... nothin' new there

I'm Kurt. 31, no kids, no excuses!

Running 3x per week, strength 3x per week. Gotta get rockin by Turkey Day for a 6mi run with some of my family. Just a fun run, but apparently my Brother-in-law is fast. I had no idea, since he's a truck driver and I've never known him to really exercise. My sis tells me he ran a 22min 5k....I'm not that fast!

It's been a long time since I did a challenge here. My friend Scott (Slickster) should be chiming in anytime soon. He's just 25min from me here in Nebraska. He's a punk, so don't take any crap from him!!!

Measly 2mi run on tap tonight....I think I need new shoes....and a trip to GRAND CAYMAN!

I'm with you Dee.  I have no idea how many I've had.  This is EXACTLY why I end up throwing away the kids candy.  Because I have NO willpower.  Poor kids have to suffer.

Hi - I'm Annabanana and I am a latecomer, but better late than never. I haven't done any challenges in awhile, but am really in need of one. I set three goals to get me back in the groove for this month:
Run 8 sessions>20min
Strength 8 sessions>=20mins
Flexibility 120 minutes

I'm going to post more of a bio and read the whole thread later on or early tomorrow, but wanted to get a hello in quickly for now!

GO COLD TURKEYS!!!!!!!!!!!
