Subject: RE: Hearts - February ChallengeGood morning, Hearts! Happy 1st of February! This weekend, I got everything set up for this month's challenge. My goal is biking, but I'm not very good so I don't want to ride outdoors in icy conditions! So I'm borrowing a trainer from a friend (he's coming off an injury and hasn't used his trainer in forever, so he's letting me borrow it to see if I like it ). He came over on Saturday to set everything up and show me how to use it. I realized I don't have a bike pump since I mooched off of my friends last summer, so yesterday I ended up buying one and inflated my tires. Mondays I lift with a friend, so I doubt I'll get any of my LOVE goal done today. . . However, I think I'll install this speed/cadence sensor I got for Christmas so that when I DO start hitting that goal, I'll get a sense of how fast/hard I'm going ![Smile Smile](../jscripts/tiny_mce3.2.3/plugins/emotions/img/smiley-smile.gif) |
