KOM - 2010-09-05 6:14 PM Managed a quick peach yesterday by biking to the farmer's market. Had a lovely run tonight (sorry Judi) weather was perfect low to mid 70s and low humidity. I am sooo happy to be done with the heat. Just hoping it stays away until next summer.

I am happy for others who get to run, just a bit jealous of it all. Aquajogging is boring but it gets me more of an endorphin fix than swimming!

Just found this thread. So far I am peachy for the month. Race yesterday and funny walk with the kids, dog and two cats tonight. What a beautiful evening! Nice to enjoy it with my family.
